Résumé du livre

Matt Jenkins had returned from Vietnam a wounded and reluctant hero. Although, his physical wounds heal, his mental wounds would linger for many years. Matt's father Eli, a veteran of World War II, struggles desperately to hold his family together, while searching for the key to prevent his son from certain tragedy. As Matt battles his demons, we are taken on an incredible journey, from the depths of hopelessness to a triumphant ending.

Bruce Frazer and his wife reside in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. His interest in writing developed one day when his daughter, knowing he no longer had a hobby, dared him to write a book. As he was always prone to a good argument or discussion, writing seemed a natural outlet for his imagination and ideas. Creating a tale that will allow the reader to empathize with the characters in a story is his foremost objective. "If you can imagine yourself as a character in the novel, then the writer has done his or her job." In addition to writing, he enjoys gardening, playing with "Copper," the family dog, remodeling his home, and going for drives with his wife in their antique, 1968 Triumph TR250.
