Victoria Van Wyck has always been a super-rich wild child with a penchant for being a little more free-spirited than anyone else. But when her parents become the targets of international assassins, Victoria is forced to flee from her exclusive high school in Switzerland to the anonymity of small town America-Wahoo, Nebraska, to be specific.
