Megan wanted to be popular. She thought if she belonged to a clique she would be. She wished for all the things that the rich girls in the clique had. She discovered though, that they were mean and scheming. All they wanted from her were her shoes, but they could not have them. The shoemaker taught Megan that the magic energy of the shoes was unique only to her.
