Résumé du livre

Several statutes have been grouped for convenience. Under Acts Interpretation will be found the Statutes passed for revision of errors; under Constitution the Electoral Acts, Purification of Rolls, all Acts affecting the Governor, Ministers and Members of Parliament, the Public Contracts, and Trust Fund Acts. The three Administration Acts and the Intestates' Estates Act will be found together. Under Carriages the new Width of Tires Act finds its appropriate place. Under Companies are grouped the Banks and Currency and all the Acts affecting Voluntary Liquidation and Reconstruction, together with the Mining Companies, Defunct Companies, and Public and Bank Holidays Acts. Each group of Acts contains a Contents Index, giving the history of the present legislation, and a page number for easier reference. A General Index is published with the last volume, and a List of Cases, and the General Historical Table of Legislation, printed in the beginning of Volume I of the 1890 Statutes has been corrected and brought up to date.--Preface.
