The objective of this study is to gain a better understanding of the value of water to irrigators in the Central Lockyer region and the social and economic impacts of any changes that could arise from changes to groundwater access. This report presents the findings of an independent study by Marsden Jacob Associates of the value and impact of a 1 ML change in access to water in the Central Lockyer Benefitted Area.
