Résumé du livre

The rapid rise of social media use in Australia is posing unique challenges to established legal conventions across a number of different areas of law. The interactions between social media and the law can be seen in a wide range of contexts from employment to the criminal justice system. Social media is increasingly popular not only as a tool for individual interaction but also as a medium for business activity. While social media brings many benefits it also has the potential to expose both individuals and organisations to risks relating to employment law, intellectual property, consumer laws and tort law.
