The trouble with losing your mind if you're an author is, how anybody can tell. When Australian journalist Somerset Lenin emerges from a corn-field in south-west England, he notices a few cracks in his reality. The Author Sydney-based author and screenwriter, John Larkin, was born in England but grew up in the western suburbs of Sydney. He has, at various stages of his writing career, supported his habit by working as a supermarket trolley boy, shelf-stacker, factory-hand, forklift driver, professional soccer player, and computer programmer. He now writes full-time. John has a BA in English Literature and an MA in Creative Writing from the Macquarie University. John lives in Sydney's north-west with his wife Jacqui, their daughter Chantelle and a robust case of arachnophobia. He hates gardening, yapping dogs, and is the worst handyman on the face of the planet. His ambition is to retire to a lighhthouse in Ireland.
