This report reviews the applications of the Foothills pipe Lines Ltd. to the National Energy Board and the to the Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development. The D.O.E. Regional Task Force on the Mackenzie Vallye pipeline Applications (north of 60) consisted of specialists in terrain and vegetation; hydrology; environental engineering; wildlife; atmospheric environment; fisheries and aquatic environment.
