This collection consists of incoming correspondence (1977-1981), including letters from Public Service Commissioner John Driscoll re Alumax and Colstrip, from Ida Odegard re a wolf on the family ranch, from Wanda Odegard Maquire re childhood reminiscences, etc.; writings (1981), including clippings pertaining to Lance Olsen's career and acknowledgments from other writers and researchers; and miscellany, including a genealogy, "Olsen - Weiberg Family History, " by Lydia Vernel Olsen Flagstad, Olaf Olevius Olsen family materials, Ben Benson family materials, and Swan Thornson family materials. Included in the Swan Thornson family materials is a record of Swan Thornson's personal property (1902-1920).
