"The covers show an aerial shot of Gaza City with the pixelated red squares, so often used in the media, to represent relative bomb damage. The photographic image on the reverse is of wreckage in Deer Al Balah, January 16, 2024, Zuma Press Inc. The words are hand written by the binder, nearly 2000 names of children under the age of 3, a small percentage of the more than 14,500 Palestinian children that have been recorded as killed in Gaza and collated by Al Jazeera. This is by no means intended to diminish the atrocities perpetrated on October 7th by Hamas but merely to record and raise awareness of the names of some of those innocent souls who have died as a result of the current military action.
