Résumé du livre

An ELISA using fusion protein (FP-ELISA) was compared with that using ES antigens (ES-ELISA) in the diagnosis of visceral larva migrans (VLM). The 38 kDa trx/T. canis fusion protein was derived from a clone carrying a T. canis 730bp cDNA fragment, ligated to pET 32(+) vector expressed in E. coli. Thirty sera each from health individuals, negative, and possitive patients, were evaluated for their IgG, IgA and IgM anti-T. canis antibodies. The mean OD values of ES-ELISA and FP-ELISA were not significantly different within groups excepts in the possitive group shere the OD of IgG ES-ELISA was slightly higher than that of IgG FP-ELISA.
