Résumé du livre
Education research tells us that students improve their learning and understanding when it is connected to big questions and big ideas. Oxford has drawn on this research to create a suite of student textbooks and teaching resources especially focused on the needs of Victorian schools. Oxford Big Ideas places the needs of students at the centre of the education process. The series relates concepts back to the big ideas of Science: Matter, systems and Energy. It explicitly teaches Thinking Processes in conjunction with content and provides a multitude of questions and activities which cater for multiple learning styles and different abilities.
