The papers are organized among 7 principal themes: cereal production and utilization; physical and chemical properties related to fractionation; chemical, pyrolytic, and biological aspects of cereal modifications and by-products; cereals for food, feed, fuel, and chemicals; cereal by-product conversion and utilization; and the specific utilization of cereals as fuel sources.
