Along came a horse is a book which provides an honest account of how the author has adopted horses into their life.A chance meeting in 2009 on a healing based course started the journey, it has since been punctuated with many lessons from the herd.The author started the relationship with horses on the ground and it was from the perspective of a Reiki healer and a strong desire to help.The meetings on the ground slowly led to the author wanting to understand more and grasp the perspective of the rider.The depth of understanding has grown over time with the author delving deeper into ways of natural riding and natural care. The Reiki healing has also grown with the author expanding into teaching and preparing others for this path.The work of the horse as a healer and their fantastic ability help us humans is explored.The aim of the author is to empower and assist us humans with our partnership with these sentient beings.
