Résumé du livre
My Australian "Bushy" Poems come from (mostly) real experiences, the book follows largely a chronological journey through life. Many will contain some embellishments and appear stretched a bit. There is a degree of risque commentary and grammar that may offend some people, because based on real life will be. However I must stress that no intention was made to repel readers, essentially the content is directed towards a self indulgent older citizens conception of the life he has led. Yes the poems will all emanate from real life, sometimes exiting, sometimes just like the majority of readers can relate to.Some of my poems will be written as a direct result of my attachment to Emergency Services. More than half my age has been directed to participating in assisting people in times of need. I am currently a member of the State Emergency Service, past member of Brunswick Valley Rescue, Brunswick Marine Rescue. I can add many years in the Surf Life Saving movement, and can say that proactively I have met some of the most dedicated people in our society. Regrettably this will not follow that my prose will be world shattering nor win any important accolades, that's cool, can live with that.So basically, were you born in the City, did you live in the Bush, was your Mum essentially a single Mum, how many schools did you attend. Has your life had good times, bet you have had crappy times, that my friends is the most constant enigma of my younger life, but handle it readers. This doubtful production may put a little glimmer of a smile on your face, regards john D. farley, call me john.
