Prototype Analysis of EPRI R & D Funding

A first step was completed in the development of a quantitative framework to assist EPRI planners to analyze R&D budgets. A methodology was produced to evaluate benefits of different total annual funding levels. Part of EPRI's budget was analyzed to demonstrate the methodology.
