This thesis explores the subject of the renewal of organisational knowledge creation and organisational culture through the tool of collective storytelling activities in the case of the SEKEM initiative in Egypt. It shows that storytelling can activate and sustain organisational evolution and transformation and. The newly established model of Integral storytelling, as well as the findings of the Storytelling experiment conducted in SEKEM, strongly supports the concept of the holistic nature and transformational power of storytelling.
