Résumé du livre
Extract: Emergency medical services (EMS) are costly to provide. As costs increase, careful planning is necessary to insure quality service. Local decisionmakers must determine how to best provide this service, given local budgetary constraints. This report is designed to provide three types of information. These include: 1) an analysis of 1982 EMS calls; 2) an analysis of future need; and 3) an analysis of 1983 costs and receipts for several alternatives.
