Dicusses how schools can improve their capacity to serve all students by linking with mental health and social service agencies. Agency staff members can contribute to individual and schoolwide assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Agency resources can enhance school's capacity to provide universal, early, and intensive interventions. Links with agency resources can also align school and agency services.
