All papers are original, peer-reviewed and based on the research originally disseminated at the meeting. The selection of scholarly papers for presentation and publication was based on the outputs of a rigorous peer review process. The Appendix comprises other selected conference materials - keynotes, special sessions, symposia, poster presentations and workshops - which are not full scientific papers.
