This report is a result of the assessment done by the Expert Panel forecasting the water quality covering the Bay of Plenty region. It is necessary to have this report to assist the Bay of Plenty Regional Council with their Essential Freshwater Policy Programme, and this in turn will need to be compliant to the National Policy Statement for Freshwater Management 2020.
