Résumé du livre

Money is a commodity. It is a medium of exchange. It is a basic necessity in any civilized society. Insufficient funds create thieves, beggars and bums. Excesses create changes in status, reality and personality. Such was the situation with David Lynn Taylor, aka D. L. Masters, a man with normal or lesser funds and average personalities in the games he played with society. Although David was an orphan, he was raised by a man he called his 'uncle'. This was a man with no descendants and bad attitudes about life. Conflicts with his adopting uncle and Uncle Sam play a part in the decisions and multiple personalities and faces David has to offer in a story of his hatred of his uncle's love of money; after all, the love of money is the root of all evil... So, what is the worship of it?
