Taking the Next Step: A Guide for New Church Members - Leader Guide provides instruction and a teaching plan for leading new church members in a study of Taking the Next Step. It offers direction for making the course flexible enough to be adapted to each church's vision, traditions or polity. The basic design allows for new church member assimilation over the course of four or five one-hour sessions.
