Andreas (Andrew) Dietlein (1847-1896), son of Johann Dietlein and Anna Maria Zier, was born at Unterschleicach, Bavaria, Germany. He was married (1) to Cunegunda (Kundie) Greb (1846-1888), daughter of Nicholas Greb and Maria Barbara Uhl. He married (2) Josepha Greb (1867-1924), niece of Cunegunda and the daughter of Adam Greb and Magdalene Barbara Ament, 1888 at Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. She was also born at Unterschleichach, Bavaria. He had three children with Josepha. They were born at Perham, Minn. In 1898 Josepha Greb Dietlein married Henry G. Siebels (1872-1947), son of Eugene Siebels, at St. Joe Church near Perham, Minnesota. They had six children also born at Perham, Minnesota. Descendants live in Minnesota, Washington, Oregon, North Dakota, California and elsewhere.
