This project investigates the ways in which information from visitor information centres (VICs) is disseminated and presents the findings from three components of the study which examine the (a) the knowledge management within VICs; (b) visitor preferences in terms of the way in which information is disseminated and used; and (c) the types of VICs that exist and the level of technology used within them.
