Following the events of SatanWorld, the vampyric Tempest has gained knowledge of witchcraft, during the Salem witchcraft trials. As GangWay begins, Tempest has been gone from the present for two years. On his return, he kills and takes the form of Father Mercado, the beloved priest of Little Havana's Church of St. Tom�s. He has given the basement of the church to a Latin gang, The Ochos. He encourages them to spread their territory into the town of West Miami, a few miles to the west. Holding them off is West Miami's gang, Rampage, led by the violent Charlie Combat. Enter Bryce Holt, a young undercover cop who becomes a member of Rampage. Pregnant Pam Cassidy Griffen stumbles into the story and connects with Holt. Together, they resolve the gang war, but is Holt too late to stop Tempest's ultimate plan?
