Introduction: The following list of references highlights the ongoing activities pertaining to the dioxin contamination and the revitalization of the Midland/Saginaw/Bay City Region, Michigan, being a continuation of the Framework for an agreement between the State of Michigan and the Dow Chemical Company. This agreement has been modified to incorporate the U S Environmental Protection Agency in the decision-making process of securing a sage and clean environment in the Midland/Saginaw/Bay City Region.
