Evidently writing about herself in the third person, Mrs. Butler asks Mr. Edwards whether he has a play which she lent to G.I. [?] Brooks "for him to bring out in Melbourne." She asks Edwards to return the play, and also to give a theater pass to her and her friend. The date is written in a later hand.
