The mission of the Office of the Provincial Auditor is to report to the Legislative Assembly objective information and recommendations resulting from independent audits of the government's programs, its Crown agencies and corporations. This report reviews activities of the Office during the year, summarizes results of value-for-money audits & reviews (arranged by ministry or agency audited), follows up recommendations of previous reports, and provides information on the public accounts of the province and the Standing Committee on Public Accounts. The final section lists Crown agencies & Crown-controlled corporations, Treasury Board orders, and extracts from the Audit Act.
