Mary Jo Allen was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She lived a peaceful life in Gwynneville, Indiana, and was a member of Shiloh Christian Church. Mary Jo was a talented musician, who played violin, piano, and xylophone. One of her passions was writing poems and short stories. In her times of prayer and meditation of God's Word, she would get inspiration. She was often invited to speak at women's meetings and special church events, where she would share her writings. Her writings spanned a wide range of topics, but almost always pointed to the goodness and glory of God.God and Me is a compilation of many of Mary Jo Allen's poems and writings.
