This edition is a revision of TThe CCH Macquarie Concise Dictionary of Modern Law' (1988). The number of entries has increased by 10%, cross-referencing has been improved, and foreign-language phrases are now incorporated into the dictionary section. Accounting and financial terms, unless of legal interest, have been excluded from this edition as separate companion dictionaries on accounting and business are now available from the publisher. Also includes a guide to Australian legal abbreviations, regnal years, details of the High Court, popular Australian case names and the text of the Constitution. A hardcover and a TBusiness' (a paperback printed on higher quality paper) edition were also simultaneously published.
