Abstract: This article discusses the need for and acquisition of specialized protective clothing for applying pesticides. Recommendations can be found on the chart, "Guide to Protective Equipment and Clothing", where signal words from pesticide labels are cross referenced with the type of clothing suggested for maximum safety. Six protective clothing suppliers and their addresses are listed.
