Résumé du livre
"Technology is the true master of the modern world." Technological changes have made industrial development in America the greatest in the world. Technology has given birth to the huge mass production industries such as the automobile industry, the airplane industry, the rubber and glass industry. In the steel industry startling technological changes are even today revolutionizing the production of steel. Technology is indeed the true master of industry, for whatever technology touches is turned to productive gold. Today we view the birth of an industry. Just as many years ago the youngsters who saw Henry Ford whiz by in his newfangled automobile were witnessing a revolutionary development in transportation, so we today witness the final industrialization of the last great individualistic business in our economy -- agriculture.
