Succession is a subject which poses certain conceptual problems for students, and this latest addition to the SWOT series aims to show that these difficulties can be overcome with appropriate guidance. The book is divided into three broad areas. The first section deals with client consultation; the second looks at taking stock of the meaning of the will following the death of the client and the final section considers the steps to be taken in the administration of the estate by the personal representatives.
