Résumé du livre
Since 1998, facing with forest loss in the province over the last decade, Dak Lak has initiated a pilot forest devolution program to allocate natural forest, which is under the management of local state forest enterprises, to local people. Two important goals of this forest devolution program are: (1) to maintain and improve existing forest resources (both area and volume); and (2) to improve living standards of forest recipients through benefits derived from forest.
