Nearly every problem in the coursebook in some way involves the application of documentary law. This supplement provides primary legal authority indispensable to resolution of the many issues raised. Includes full text of both U.N. Convention on Contracts for International Sale of Goods (CISG) and its companion, Convention on Limitation Period in International Sales of Goods. There are three international conventions on choice of law: The Hague Convention (1955), Inter-American Convention (1994), and EEC Convention (1980). Where the coursebook makes direct comparisons between CISG and UCC, Official Comments have been included, otherwise, only statutory language is provided.
