Contains a brief history of Jews in Canada, a guide of 150 entries from the Manuscript Division with a brief abstract of each manuscript and a bibiliography of general histories, documents on Jewish immigration, reference works, regional and organizational studies, studies in Canadian Zionism, periodical presses, and theses. Also gives general information on activities carried out by the Public Archives Research Division and the Manuscript Division of the Canadian Jewish Archives Program.
