Describes the cookery book collection at McGill University Libraries, which is housed predominantly in the Rare Books and Special Collections Division. Consists of a bibliographic database and scanned images of title pages or covers. The collection consists of European, American and Canadian books published in the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries.
