Résumé du livre
A study of classical Mediterranean history that addresses flows of evolving capability, information exchange and development of culture in a novel view rather than that considered from strict traditional archaeological, theoretical and geographical viewpoints.A book written in place of conducting a second degree, which would have been in the field of Classical History as opposed to and Engineering degree. This was investigated and found to be too formal, limited in scope and apparently contrary to the way this subject is usually addressed. This book is aimed to provoke thought into the subject of Mediterranean classical history that ultimately confirms, corrects, extends and improves the accepted approach to this subject. Several areas of this subject have factual evidence that at present is vague and confusing, that may in time be evolved as scientific and archaeological techniques improve Thus this book may be a stepping stone for an improved knowledge base to be formed.
