Résumé du livre
The immunogenicity of recombinant fusion protein (fFP) of Toxocara canis was tested in BALB/c mice. Three experimental groups of five mice each were immunised intraperitoneally with 10, 20 and 50 ug of antigen, respectively. Each mouse was given three doses of antigen at two weekly intervals. Antibody level in the pooled sera of each group was measured by ELISA. Results from ELISA show that the rFP could indude high level of antibody response in BALB/c mice. There was no significant difference in antibody level in the sera collected after last immunisation among the three groups of mice immunised with different amounts of antigen. [Authors' abstract].
