Résumé du livre

Fire Pours Out is an experiment of religion and science in deep space travel and colonization. It is disturbing, horrific, dense, light; maybe even beautiful and bold.

The novel details the trip from a dying Earth, drained of resources and ravaged by catastrophic natural events through a single journal with many authors.

A TV evangelist pays for millions of his followers to trek a hundred light years away in order to build a new Eden. Disaster strikes the fleet of ships in the form of solar radiation and thousands die as a result. Others are left deformed, and still others begin showing signs of strange powers, like great strength, the power to manipulate plants and life forms, agelessness, and the ability to speak to animals.

Follow three generations of writers through water and dirt, eternal love, and unimaginable horror waking beneath the deep and high up in the ethers of Nelson’s Fist.
