Résumé du livre
Abstract: A 1960 quarterly report described the results of chemical analysis of phospholipid fractions from irradiated meat. Results suggested the presence of either a sulfonic, sulfinic, sulfonamide, or sulfone group as being responsible for a stron off-odor.
