Contains various printed broadsides, articles, etc., including an official San Francisco Board of Supervisors list of bond propositions to purchase ocean shore lands owned by the heirs of Adolph Sutro. On the verso of the list of bonds is a map of the proposed purchase and adjoining lands titled, "Map of ocean shore lands, Sutro Baths & Museum and Sutro Heights." Also includes three copies of a Nevada Senate resolution commending Sutro for his role in constructing the Sutro Tunnel, a broadside of a legal notice about San Miguel Ranch, and a political broadside about the ballot choice being between "Sutro or the Octopus.'
