Résumé du livre
"This paper will aim to review the principles and purposes of humanitarianism that led to the original codification of its law and construction of the humanitarian project (although this point is made without any real belief in the so-called" golden age" of humanitarian work), examine the most disturbing shifts in current humanitarian practice in Afghanistan and Yemen, and finally argue for a stricter use of term "humanitarian" in the sense of who, where, and why".
