Splendor is a fine-looking bird with glorious feathers; violet, emerald and a touch of turquoise. He has loads of fans always telling him how awesome he is. They shower him with expensive gifts of jewellery and the best quality bird seed money can buy. What else could he ever want? What else could there be? Splendor is about to find out that maybe beautiful, fancy feathers are not the most important thing. In fact... they don't really matter at all.
