"The report measurements have been made on a number of domestic television receivers, operating under normal home conditions, with regard to their settings of horizontal and vertical scanning amplitudes and aspect ratio. The measurements revealed that the accuracies of the adjustments made on installation, and the standard maintained by the receivers, in these respects, were somewhat better than had been expected and that, in general, domestic receivers are operated very much as intended by the manufacturers".
