Résumé du livre

In recent years Los Angeles artist Pae White has established an international reputation as a designer working on publishing projects with artist Jorge Pardo, advertising campaigns for the influential Berlin gallery neugerriemschneider, and posters for a number of exhibitions around the world. Despite this acclaim, 'Ghost Towns' is Pae White's first solo publishing project - that has been eagerly awaited by art and design lovers internationally. The catalogue both records and extends her 2002 'Ghost Towns' residency exhibition at the Govett-Brewster Art Gallery and includes essays by curator Gregory Burke, Los Angeles architect Tom Marble, and Italian writer Alessio delli Castelli. The publication pushes boundaries between a catalogue and an artist's book and is expected to become a collector's item.
