Open reduction and internal fixation has been the time tested technique for treatment of Anterior Mandibular Fractures. But the various methods to do so still put the operators in a dilemma while formulating a patient specific treatment plan. This treatise compares and evaluates the results achieved by fixing the anterior mandibular fractures using Lag screws, 2D miniplates and 3D miniplates and hence guides the operator to elect the best option for respective patient.
