This book is dedicated to my father and my brothers Eric and Richard to whom he meant so much. I was the oldest of three brothers and had early memories of things my brothers didn't remember. I knew my father had left, and my mother used to take us to the swim park at the bottom of the hill in Baraboo, Wisconsin, where we lived, and also to the City Park and courthouse where we would play on the large guns and military equipment on display there.
