Roxanne "Moonie" Moon was ordered to create two sweet teenage girl robots at the Stieglitz Humanoid Factory.They would have everything teens had except for a conscience because their purpose was to assassinate the man called the Captain. She refused and was replaced by Badmoon who did the job. The robot girls were enrolled at Hades University on the planet Ku, where the Captain lectured.
